Equietude Wellness Centre offers a range of virtual and in person services, and strives to actively work towards minimizing the stigma and socioeconomic factors that can influence, impede, limit or restrict access to mental health services.

Individual Sessions $140.00

While we are a fee for service facility, Equietude Wellness Centre will always endeavour to do our best to find alternatives to help those in need. If you do not have benefits to cover services, or if you are struggling financially, please reach out to discuss your situation and what services may be available to you.

In the words of Jane Goodall, “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make!”. With those words in mind, it is the steadfast vision and mission of everyone at Equietude Wellness Centre to strive to make a difference that acknowledges the common humanity found within the struggles, challenges, adversity, and complexity of life, and to do so with civility, integrity, kindness, compassion, and empathy.

We understand and appreciate that finding the right therapist, therapeutic approach, and or therapy environment can be difficult and challenging. As such, Equietude Wellness Centre offers a free 15-minute phone or video consultation for perspective and new clients in order to provide information about the services being offered, as well as to provide those seeking services with an opportunity to ask any questions they may have about therapy and or the services being offered.

*** Sessions are 50 to 75 minutes in length unless otherwise arranged***
