At Equietude Wellness Centre we offer a unique, private country setting where youth, adults, couples, and families can come to not only unravel, decipher, and work through the challenges, chaos and or issues that they are encountering in their daily lives, but to unwind, experience and appreciate the serenity, tranquility, and beauty of nature. Whether it be within the safety of our rustic office and lounge area, engaging in activities with the animals, sitting at one of our outdoor patio areas, enjoying our park like setting or walking the trails or virtually, it is our vision and mission to bring horses, animals, nature, and our shared common humanity together in ways that nurture communication, compassion, connection, self-discovery, personal growth, and overall well-being.

Our connection to nature, animals, and our common humanity has the capacity to provide integrative healing to mind, body, and spirit, for within present moment awareness there is opportunity to embrace our unique individuality, explore our connection to others, and to acknowledge our connectivity to all that surrounds us. And, within that present moment awareness and connection to self, others, and all that surrounds us, there is often an innate inner awakening and sense of belonging that has the potential to calm the mind, nourish the soul, and enhance overall quality of life.

As we move forward, recognizing that we are living in a time of uncertainty, change, and reconciliation, Equietude Wellness Centre would like to acknowledge the land on which we live, share, and gather upon as being part of the traditional lands of the Robinson Huron Treaty and territories of the Anishinaabe Peoples. We acknowledge Gchi Manitou (the great spirit) of the land and all it carries.

With great respect towards all, we walk forward with the humble understanding that all peoples and all of creation are interconnected to each other, and that all are Sacred.
